Job Summary

As a Director, Alliances at Infostrux, you will play a crucial role in the organization’s overall success by ensuring we build and maintain really strong ties to our key partners and consistently maximize our business opportunities with them. You are driven, autonomous, have strong business acumen, and you simply have a knack for connecting with people at all levels and fostering positive, long-term relationships.

What You Get To Do

You are the face of Infostrux to our key partners and an ambassador and recruiter for Infostrux everywhere you go
You act as a trusted advisor to your partner stakeholders, understanding their main business drivers and shaping corporate programs to foster in-market collaboration
You are a strong relationship builder, and will establish long-term connections with our key strategic partners (of which Snowflake is key) to maximize collaboration
You have a keen understanding of the cloud, data and AI market and routinely attend industry events to expand your insights and network further.
You constantly collaborate with Infostrux Executive Leaders and Technical Leaders to uncover new opportunities and develop solutions and service offerings to drive incremental growth for the Alliances
You are Infostrux’s key source of insights into our partners landscape, strategy and news
You directly help us to ensure Infostrux remains its status as an Elite Snowflake partner
You share our high-performance, collaborative company culture based on our core values of integrity, responsibility, excellence, kindness, trust, fun, accountability and humility.

What You Bring

5+ years of direct experience acting as a Partners or Alliances Leader in Professional Services, Data, Cloud IaaS/PaaS and related technology industry
Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding performance targets
Strong executive presence – very comfortable with C-level executives
Equally successful at engaging with all levels in an organization
Demonstrated and consistent success in building solid relationships and demonstrating business value to stakeholders
Ability to identify strategic partner pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the partner organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
